Attention to Administrative Rights

By creating an account on Westeros Conquer, you expressly agree that the Administration holds total and absolute control over all data, accounts, and items on the server.

01 Introduction

Welcome to Westeros Conquer. By accessing or using our game server, website, and services, you unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms of Service. This is a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

02 Ownership & Absolute Control

The fundamental and non-negotiable rule of Westeros Conquer regarding game data:

Exclusive Ownership: All user accounts, characters, virtual items, equipment, currency (CPs, Silvers), and game data are the sole, exclusive, and inalienable property of the Administration of Westeros Conquer The player has no ownership over absolutely any digital element within the server.
Unrestricted Right: The Administration reserves the total, absolute, and unquestionable right to access, modify, edit, suspend, ban, delete, or reset any account, character, item, or status at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice.
License of Use: Account creation grants the player only a temporary, limited, and revocable license of use at the sole discretion of the Staff.

03 Prohibited Actions

Cheating Use of cheats, hacks, bots, exploits, or unauthorized 3rd-party software.

Conduct Harassing, abusing, disrespecting, or threatening other players or staff.

Exploits Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (these must be reported).

Interference Creating purposeful disruptions that harm server stability.

04 Real Money Trading (RMT)

RMT Allowed: Trading items, gold, or accounts involving real money is permitted between players.
Staff Exemption: The Administration does not intervene, mediate, or take responsibility for thefts, disputes, or frauds between players. Trade at your own risk.
Even after selling or buying an account via RMT, it remains the property of the Administration, strictly subject to the rules of Section 02.

05 Donations and Payments

All donations are made voluntarily to help with server costs.
No Immunity: Donating players are subject to the exact same rules as free-to-play players. Donating does not exempt or protect any player from bans, wipes, or account loss.
Donations are strictly and irrevocably non-refundable in any scenario, including bans or server closure.
Any attempt at chargeback or payment dispute will result in a permanent and immediate ban of all associated accounts.

06 Service Availability & Modifications

Westeros Conquer is provided 'as is'. The Administration may, at its sole discretion and convenience, shut down server activities, perform long maintenance, wipes (reset the database partially or totally), or modify terms and rules at any time, without prior notice and without any obligation of financial or virtual compensation to users.
