- Account data such as username, email, password, security code and internal identifiers.
- Technical data such as IP address, access logs, browser, device and security information provided by our infrastructure/CDN.
- Game data including characters, progress, inventory, guild, rankings and other information linked to the account.
- Payment and donation data such as transaction identifiers and status. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored directly by Westeros Conquer.
02 — How We Use It
- Create, authenticate, recover and administer accounts.
- Operate the server, rankings, market, player panel and other features requested by the player.
- Process payments, confirm credits and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Protect the website and game, investigate failures and maintain technical security records.
- Handle support requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.
03 — Third-Party Services
We may use infrastructure, CDN/security, email and payment providers to operate the service. Embedded third-party content such as Discord and YouTube is treated as optional and is loaded only after your permission. External links send data to the third party only when you choose to access them.
04 — Security and Retention
We use technical and administrative controls appropriate to the operation of the server and restrict administrative access to data. Records are retained as necessary to operate the service, protect the community, resolve disputes and comply with legal requirements. No internet-connected system is completely risk-free.
